5 Day Kindness Challenge! Kindness is cool.

As you may know, I run a monthly membership site Move Breathe Create. It is an online retreat space focusing on the wellbeing of body, mind and soul with yoga + movement practices, creative tutorials, meditations, journaling and soul work. It really is my happy space!

Each month we work along a specific theme – with movement, creative and soul work all relating to the theme.

Over the last few months we’ve been doing a lot of letting stuff go and opening the heart – (physically and emotionally!) – it only seemed natural then to follow this with the theme of KINDNESS.

This means kindness to family, friends, strangers, our community and most importantly… OURSELVES.

I wanted to spread the kindness for the next few days and invite you to come and join the #fivedaykindnesschallenge with me on instagram – Yesterday I asked everyone to leave some words of kindness for the person who left a comment above you on this post! It’s made me so happy to see the love and good vibes that have been shared there already! Come and join in!
