Slow Down mindfulness colouring in pages. (Free printable)

It’s no secret that I’m a big believer in creativity as a foundation for mental wellbeing, and we need mental wellbeing now more than ever!

I wanted to create a mindfulness colouring spread inspired by Flow Magazine colouring in pages for people to use at home as a little reminder of slowing down, staying home, and getting creative.

I decided to go with a 70s flower theme and have done a coloured version in tones of brown, mustard, greens, yellows and red. It would look great in a bright palette too! I’ve decided to put a print of this up framed in my office.

I have two versions – “Slow down. Stay Home. Make Love. Create” and a more kid friendly one “Slow down. Stay Home. Make Art. Create.”

You can grab a copy of either of these to colour in – simply right click the image above and then download or save it to print it out and colour it. If you do share it with friends and family, please just let them know you found it from me 🙂
