MOVE BREATHE CREATE, KZN Midlands – South Africa.

I’m so excited to be offering my first ever South African MOVE BREATHE CREATE retreat running from Friday August 9th to Sunday August 11th 2019.

It’s firstly awesome because Friday August 9th is a public holiday (woohoo bonus holiday!), and it’s secondly awesome because the venue- Netherwood Lodge, is a place SO close to my heart as it’s where Warren and I were married almost 6 years ago. (cue tears, emotional sobbing, happy memories etc).

The Move Breathe Create retreats are retreats jammed fill with just everything awesome:

Morning dynamic yoga sessions, meditation, workshops experimenting with water colours, creativity and creative explorations, journaling, nurturing your inner child, getting playful, soul work, restorative evening yoga, good food, wine and most of all awesome people.

And this one especially is very close to my heart as the venue will always be a very special place to me and I would love to share it with you!

The retreat includes:

2 breakfasts

3 lunches

2 dinners

Food will be catered by the chefs at Blueberry Hill Cafe who create delicious and nutritious gourmet meals. (If you’ve ever eaten there – you know what I’m talking about!) Meals are largely plant based. 

2 Nights’ Accommodation at the beautiful Lidgett’s Grant Lodge, Netherwood Farm.

All yoga tuition, meditation and workshops
All creative workshops and materials
An A3 sketchbook – which will be yours to keep.

Price per person for a twin room sharing is R3950.00

Price per person for a double room sharing is R3800.00

Price per person for a room on your own is R5150.00

Space is limited -at the moment I have 2 spaces left.

A R1500.00 deposit is required to book your spot.

When I released dates for the MBC retreat in the UK all the spaces filled in less than 3 days – so if you are thinking about booking please get in touch sooner rather than later!
