Happy Friday all!

I’m doing another little Friday Fun over here and thought I would use this opportunity to get a little bit more chatty.

I’ve been a lot less active on Instagram in the last little while in favour of nurturing and creating some epic content for my new Members Platform.

It’s a platform filled with creative prompts, online yoga flows, meditation soul work and a whole lotta love and community and I’m so excited about where it is heading! I have a weird feeling that this platform is slowly going to pull me away from all the other work I do in order to run this 100% of the time… and I’m totally down with that!

I’m just so in love with this online space and the community members and the vision that I have for it! Come join the tribe if you’re interested in finding out more about it!

So, in other news – we are heading off to go skiing this weekend  in Austria with a group of 11 other South Africans.

Which reminds me of the HILARIOUS occurrence of the VERY FIRST TIME I ever went skiing.

And why yes, in amidst our thousands of layers and ski jackets and puffy ski-pants and thermals and three hundred pairs of warm socks, we will also be packing our wedding kit for another Wedding Dress Adventure!

Anywhoo – Warren and I have also been on a skiing holiday with family since that “fateful-first-time” – it was also rather lol-tastic:

 

This will be my third time skiing and we are out for the week – so basically what I’m saying is – there are no yoga classes from me this coming week – and also

PRAY THAT I COME BACK IN ONE PIECE so that normal classes can resume from Feb 5th…

And failing that…

well,
