About me

Hi, I’m Ché – yoga teacher, illustrator, general creative, blogger and lover of life.

What does a typical day in my life look like?
Wake up (usually with one eye still closed), kiss my husband – unless he has already gotten out of bed to smash out a workout (gotta freaken love morning people). Anyway, roll out of bed (still half asleep) get onto my yoga mat and set my phone timer for 10 mins. Meditation for ten minutes followed by a little bit of gratitude journaling. Sometimes drink some herbal tea/lemon and hot water. Put a playlist on and do a slow flow yoga practice, sometimes this develops into a stronger practice, sometimes it does not.

Shower, have breakfast. Make a coffee. If I’ve been good and planned my day the night before I get straight onto client work I need to get done – (if not I check my email which sends me into a little bit of a rabbit hole before I pull myself out of it back into client work). Work through client work: usually illustrated prints, graphic layouts, personal projects, or wedding guestbooks.

Have lunch – (usually whatever is in the fridge). Package up stationery orders from my online stores and head down to the post office to ship them. (If it’s a personalised print, I need to go to the printers too!). Send off orders. Come back home.

Finish up any straggling work bits or things I need to get done: business planning, blogging, account checking. Plan yoga class – which usually turns into a bit of a mini self practice.

Teach yoga class. Come back home, eat dinner, shower, (usually stay up later than I should messing around on instagram), sleep.

How can I help you?
